Good service fast turnaround went beyond expected will always go back.

Received my PS5 modified controller with click bumpers and triggers and new TMR joysticks . A 7 day turn a round which was pretty good . I must say I’m very happy with the work that was done. Also got a great deal in the January sales.
I’d absolutely use in the future .

Great service. Controller was drifting to the point it was unusable. Nova installed TMRs and the controller feels brand new again. Highly recommend. Will be using the service for my other controllers in the near future.

Fantastic service from these boys. Sent my controller a year ago ago to them , from kent to Liverpool. Thay did some work on it and I was so happy. I sent it to them recently for the tmr sticks

I couldn't be more happier with my controller with the new k silver sticks the controller feels like aimbot it's that good and responsiveness of it is the best I've had and I've had scuff and other controller they do not even come close to nova don't miss out guys it's by far the best about

I was kept informed at every stage from when the controller was received to when it was being shipped back. Turn around was 3 days which was perfect. The TMR sticks feel great and very responsive.

Got my custom pad built with TMR sticks, clicky triggers/bumpers/dpad. Well worth the wait times. Was kept informed of build start, test start and shipping timelines.

Encountered a minor niggle with the sticks (technology sometimes does fail), dropped Lee a note and got a response almost instantly and a phone call too. Who even does that anymore these days!! More than accommodating to advise on the calibration side of things, plus the willingness to rectify the issue as well. Excellent customer service from Lee - second to none. If you’re on the fence about using Nova, hopefully my experience with the company will help with your decision.

I mailed in 3 ps5 controllers to have the sticks replaced with hall effect sticks. There were slight delays but they were very communicative about it and responded quickly to customer service messages. The new sticks work perfectly, no drift at all. A tip if you're shipping controllers from the US, the post office wouldn't let me mail them until I manually removed the batteries. It's a bit of a process but it's not too bad if you follow a tutorial.

Nova is the go to company for all your controller needs.

Great customer service, ordered the TMR's on my Dual sense Edge and also got rumbles removed which made it a lot lighter. would recommend!
