Fixed my custom battle beaver pad that’s over 5 years old . including my smart trigger ,dpad and major stick drift. Upgraded to tmrs and it’s now night and day difference and also give my controller a good clean inside and out, was very helpful when I first messaged him on a livestream and explained how he could get my repair/upgrade carried out very pleased with the results couldn’t recommend him

The team at Nova were incredibly helpful and communicative, not to mention that my turnaround was far quicker than a previous company I used. They went above and beyond to ensure that my experience with them was the best. I'll definitely be using their services again in the future.

So happy with the services recieved. I had tmrs installed in elite series 2 and the do not disappoint. He also does a lot of his work on TikTok live, so you get to see him do it. His lives are very interactive, and he’s also quite friend. You could ask for an order update and he would tell you. I will use Nova Controllers in the future, weather that be for a custom controller build, or controller repair service.

Really good quality, everything works perfectly, definitely worth it! The TMR sticks make such a difference.

The controller came back in perfect condition and it came exactly how it said it would also the mouse click buttons,bumpers and triggers are really good compared to my generic controller.The only downside is you have to put a tracker on the parcel which is an extra 8 pounds and it takes quite a long time to come back.

I had major stick drift on my elite which he fixed in no time which lead me onto buying a custom build ghost cipher fully loaded with everything
I got constant updates along with the live tik tok updates, I love my new controller and brilliant customer service so will need another one soon just to match it deffo give Nova a shout if you have any issues

Nova Controllers really filled a space in the gaming controller market that needed to be filled. The option to send in your own controllers, as opposed to purchasing a new one from the service provider for an inflated price, was a no-brainer. The staff were very professional and helpful in offering shipping solutions between the UK and the US. I have 40+ hours of competitive COD play on the TMR thumbsticks I had installed in my DualSense 5. I was able to reduce in-game deadzones down to almost non existant. I used 1 precision ring on the right stick and it has seriously given me better control over my shots, especially during full-auto fire. It took a few games to get used to but I'm glad I tried it! Thanks again to the Nova team for providing what seems to be top notch service so far!

Ordered a controller and the service and feedback all the way through the process was top notch as i wanted a POV of which buttons and sticks worked best with the controller and every choice was Mint!
