I had previously sent 2 emails requesting information regarding my order with no response. A 1 star review could have been avoided with some communication. Product does not come with SD card, so I have not been able to use yet. Hopefully, when SD card arrives I will be in a position to write a more positive review on the product.

I ordered a RealAction Pro on 19th Nov and still not received it, the tracking number is rubbish and the customer service do nothing but pan you off with excuse. I want my money back but I doubt that will happen, if I had known that this was coming from China I would never have ordered it as there is always problems with carriers. I bought the ZoomShot Pro lens from NOVADS but I received a different product (a very basic one). The answer was "we run out of stock", which is unaceptable since they should either reject the purchase order or ask for the customer approval to send a replacement product. They also issued a false invoce, since it refers to the ZoomShot Pro they did not deliver.
They do have all the information about my purchase order, invoice and delivery. I tried several times to get a solution from Novads, but they kept answering ".... send us the product back, to reinburse your money"
I will not spend another minute with them. My next step is to escalate the issue to the European authority in charge of consumer rights.

I will tell you the customer service that I experienced was excellent. I ordered the eyeglasses for my mother which did not work for her, but the customer service department was very attentive and refunded the $59 that I paid expediently. After reading the reviews I was skeptical, but quite pleasantly surprised.
my experience relates to the adjustable glasses. ordered at £56 plus £10 postage. Arrived one week later from a UK address. Immediately obvious that they didnt work, so notified the company that i wished to return them for a full refund.
They replied and asked for more details. Finally, they instructed me to return them to their Lithuania address. I objected but decided to check the practicalities with my local post office. They quoted £10 but were reluctant due to current transport delays to europe.
At that point I was about to give up, but sent another threatening email to the support address.
Surprise, Surprise. They refunded my money in full.
I then researched a bit deeper and discovered this company markets its products through many channels and at many different prices. I paid £55, but amazon UK sells the same product at £10.
A complete con, Breaks a number of health and safety laws. Difficult to contact. I never give up.

Terrible customer service. How many emails do you have to send to this company to get refunded back. They fob you off each time. Now Iv'e seen all the negative reviews I'm very worried I won't receive my money. Bought a USB stick that was useless, would not fit my phone at all. Spoke to a Linda who told me to post it back which I did. Can anyone point me in the right direction before I proceed to take this matter further.

Adjustable Glasses Scam
Just tried to order some adjustable glasses having seen an advert on TV, card refused by my bank because the Novads used multiple applications to take money which according to my bank came from IP addresses all over the world. Novad sent me 3 emails following my bank refusing the transaction, one of them suspiciously asking me to make sure my card was authorised for overseas transaction. I was also called and hassled to try and make the payment again. He would not leave me his number. I think I had a narrow escape!!
Beware of these people.
A note for Trustpilot, I was frustrated that I had to reluctantly fill in one star before your system would let me write a review. These people do not deserve one star!!
Just received a response from Novads. Clearly automated and ignored the fact that my bank blocked the transaction. Draw your own conclusions.

NOVADS OU = FRAUD ALERT! Again - NOVADS = FRAUD ALERT!! I saw a state-of-the-art ad by G63Tech on the MSN news website, advertising 'made in Canada' glasses, 'a technical breakthrough' with 'adjustable lenses'. What was I thinking?! Temp. lapse of judgement, must admit. I was curious, I ordered, paid 78 Euros and 2 weeks later ... well, the 'glasses' are the cheapest plastic garbage you've ever seen, maybe good for fire kindling fire with. It's embarrassing. I quickly looked up some feedback on Trustpilot and realised I've been scammed. Contacted NOVADS OU with the tracking number of my purchase and requested a refund. The return address is - yes, you guessed it: 'Unit2 Benacre Drive, Birmingham B5 5RF (UK). This is what 'Daniela' , the virtual assistant, with a beautiful photo, said to me online: 'Once you send the product back, please indicate with a receipt, the tracking number and the name of the delivery company promptly, so that we can confirm the shipment back with our logistics team proceed further and refund you the purchase amount. Please feel free to ask any questions.' Really? The next assistant was 'Katrina', with another beautiful profile photo. Lesson learned.
Should this warehouse be reported to the police, surely an odd rogue trader should not ruin the game of online selling & shopping for the many honest traders.
Update 15.03.2021. I GOT MY REFUND LESS THE SHIPPING CHARGE! Have had to put pressure. Dreadful experience. Sadly there is no other way to tell if a product will be any good than buy it and see it in real life. The only right and safe place to get decent glasses is a professional optician in your town who does an honest job and has proper accountability for the product.

Ordered Germcide X. I ordered batteries as well. All paid for.
First, they made me believe it would take 7-15 days. They delivered over a month later.
Then, delivery did not include batteries. First response, they wanted me to take a photo to show there were no batteries?! Not very bright because I could have simply taken out the batteries and then took a photo.
I told them to either ship the batteries separately or refund.
NOVADS replied saying order was complete.
I emailed again. "Order not complete. No batteries."
NOVADS replied. "We do not ship batteries."
I emailed again. "Why did you charge me for batteries and then tell me you do not ship?!"
NOVADS replied. If not happy with product, put it back in original packaging and ship back. And we will refund you?!
I made a mistake once - by ordering from them. Did they really think I would make a second mistake and send back the product and spend more when they didn't seem keen on refunding me a mere $12 for batteries for four units?
I should have read all the comments. This is really a crappy company out to make a fast buck.

So three weeks after ordering the super cool light (blue led light)(not UV) tooth cleaner of some popup of some webpage..... sounds too good to be true yes?
No surprise then that the instructions are as clear as mud in your eyes!
Eg. ...-"Comprehensive toothbrush: after the switch is started, it only takes 30 seconds to complete a 360 degree full brush movement Quick and convenient"
you have to move the silicone brush head from side to side by hand for all the effect the motor has on the brush head itself
the rest of the instructions are written in Japanese with the tenses and you had better ask a japanese to translate for you from the instructions on the reverse.

upon opening my VIZMAXX Self adjusting glasses I found following discrepancies:
1) The left knob did not work at all, so in the first place I could not adjust my left lens. It immediately became useless for me as I could not use it for reading.
2) The finishing is very poor and it had a sharp corner
at the bottom left side of the lens.
3) Overall appearance does'nt match the one presented in the advertisement.
Since the defect is functional therefore I would like a replacement.

Just today I received VIZZMAX: Self-adjusting Glasses which I ordered three weeks ago. It came from Guangzhoushi, Guangdong Province, China.
One word: Rubbish.
All things are different from ads in Youtube. Lens sizes are smaller than ads that makes visual so poor, Lens focus is not clear and plastic frame quality is bad. It is completely useless that it cannot be used even a second. I paid almost USD100(one hundred) for two pieces.
As I read through other reviews, I found that sending back or asking refunds would bring another headache. My son is angry with me because I didn't consult him before ordering.
SO....what can I do with them? I have just thrown them into my trash can. Finished.
