Wrongful terminated!!!

Wrongful terminated!!!! No one hears you out! I have proof of all messages!! They don't take explanation. They made a mistake with my first assessment and I was assessed again then I have a second assessment a month later and was ok... but instead of take one may assessment and one June they took both May!!!!! I tried explaining but got nothing!!!! We are treated like dogs!!!! I have all the proof! I am willingtoshare proof!!!!! They don't listen. It's thier way or nothing. They hear to nothing...... the mistake was on their part not mine but I was wrongful terminated. I want to speak and explain and send proof to someone in the team

Iv'e just had the worst customer…

Iv'e just had the worst customer service experience with the Novakid's telemarketing manger in Israel...
She was very unpleasant, unpaitent, didn't let me complete a sentence, giving me wrong info about emails that were sent to WhatsApp, and when I asked who is the local repressive of Novakid in Israel she said that my question was inappropriate and hung up on me...
Is this the service level you provide?

We regret that your interaction left a negative impression. Our manager mentioned that Novakid is an online school providing services globally, and therefore we do not have local representatives in different countries, as our services are entirely online.

Interesting Experience

Interesting experience to direct conversation with native teachers. it makes my kid more exciting. And it's very flexible to discuss, for schedule change, even try a group class. Please improve the speed of website and the UI/UX to order a group class and the session duration.

Good materials - fun and easy to understand

My children love Novakid! Not only do they have lessons with teachers but also there are many games where they can practise English whenever they want. They play games, watch videos, have lessons... The lessons are recorded, so we can also watch the lessons' videos whenever we want and that way practise more without extra cost. Thank you Novakid!

about the missing lesson

You are negelecting me after i have supscription u nver remind us about the next lesson why is not the same free lesson u almost come to my home to remind us but for the paid you missed up only take my money is that only imprtant for this company ???????🤬😤😤😤😤😤

It was and is very helpful

It was and is very helpful, the meetings are built very well to keep the kids interested in the content. We have been using it for 2 months and we see a great improvement on our six year old.
