I ordered a hair straightener back in May. After enquiring why I had not received it, I was told it was lost in their system. After another inquiry I was told it was then being fixed because quality assurance had found a problem with it. That was the last I heard from this company despite numerous emails to them requesting either the product or a refund. Do not buy from this company, as in my experience, you will not receive your goods!

I bought & paid for a hair flair pro. After one excuse after another for the non delivery of my purchase they then did not even bother to reply to my many emails . They have gone incognito

Awful rubbish company. I ordered hair straighteners in May and not received them it is now September. I have emailed numerous times asking for the product or refun, but no avail. The company should be closed done, appalling service.

Terrible Company. No customer service. I ordered the hair straightener in May 2024. It’s now August 1,2024.
I have never received it and have requested a refund multiple times. Never received that either. This company should not be allowed to do business in the USA. They are in China and don’t care!!!!

I ordered a heated comb on 1st May 2024. When I charged it there was no heat. I complained and after many emails have been told to return the hot comb at my own expense to Guandong China. I asked for free returns label and then asked for a refund. This company will not make any effort at all to correct their poor quality product nor return my payment. They are total rubbish and I would not recommend in any way. They deserve minus 10 stars. Be very careful. Their advert shows hair being left straight and silky. Not possible with a hot comb that doesn't work. Appalling customer service and cheap poor quality product and total refusal to refund my payment sent in good faith.
