Total scammers

Disgusting company told them I haven’t received the item they keep saying over and over in emails check with the post office etc, I was given a tracking number for yodel I followed it and says delivered it hasn’t!! It is their responsibility as the seller to chase up missing parcels as they have the insurance to claim back on it’s not for me to chase the contact of buying is with them not the courier company, I have asked for a full refund and still say the same thing check with your post office, it isn’t Royal Mail so it’s obv they don’t understand how the delivery systems work in the U.K. I’ve lost £25 and don’t have the item. Wish I had checked on her first but it makes u think it’s a company in the U.K. but after following the tracking status it was coming from Wuhan, China!!

Absolute no stars for these thieving SCAMMERS!!! Paid almost £40 for their product and almost a month on... NOTHING!! Fake email, fake tracking, fake EVERYTHING! I hope my hard earned cash chokes them!!

Ordered Via Tik Tok, took my money provided a fake tracking number, and will not reply to emails. Reported to Tik Tok and they will not take them down. Notice how all their videos on tik tok the person promoting them will not allow comments on their videos of their so called weight loss. It is all a scam and it seems that Tik Tok is part of it.

Do not use this company, complete scam. Order 1 thing and they send you a cheap import nothing like what you were sold. Says made in UK but clearly they are from China

I paid £50 for a weight-loss supplement that should've been delivered within 3-5 days. Over 2 weeks later, still nothing has arrived. I've emailed twice but they don't reply. Instead, they reply with spam and ads. Don't waste your time and money. This is a scam!

Scammers. I bought a product advertised but instead they sent me a cheap piece of rubbish. It says they are UK based but their address is Hong Kong. They do not reply to emails
