Ordered a dress which did not arrive in time for the event I had purchased it for. Started the returns process, received a response informing me of my returns options which was great. Then once I responded to the email with how I would like to proceed I’ve not received any responses, have sent follow up emails and still being ignored.
If I could give 0 stars I would.
The item is absolutely shocking quality. Not at all as advertised and when following the outlined procedure for a refund, I was simply told to keep the item and they would refund 50%
This is clearly how they make their money as there is no way a single customer could be happy with their purchases
