This is a SCAM! Do not buy from them!!!
I placed my order and was super excited, i received emails and text messages telling me that my handpan was shipped. The next day the website had been taken down. This was concerning so i reached out to them multiple times and got no response.
Weeks later i reached out again. Finally they replied to say they would get back to me about it.
After another week i emailed them again for an update. They replied to say they were experiencing a back log of orders and to expect my handpan to be shipped in 5-7 days.
I gave it 2 weeks and still nothing. Reached out again and find they had BLOCKED my email.
They think it’s acceptable to take my money and block my email. I never received my handpan. They did however take my money.
Please do not fall into their trap as i did.

Don't buy from Novapans
I ordered a handpan from Novapans on the 2nd of August 2023. It would be send and received in 3 weeks, I got an email confirming that. That didn't happen. Then I cancelled the order because it wasn't even send to me in that time. So now I ask for my refund of $1100. That's not a small amount so I thought they would be respectful to their customers, but no. Email communication is very slow and after 3 weeks they even got rude to me. I started a conflict on paypal after 6 weeks and still they don't respond and I still don't have my money back. I'm very disappointed. I don't recommend buying from this company! Be careful.
