I am in a similar situation to all other reviews, order placed , including expedited delivery, and all I get is that product was ' pre sale' whatever that means, and be patient. I think this outfit are just scammers. My money went to bank in Hong Kong too . I think it is monies lost unfortunately.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FORM THIS COMPANY.
What they show you and what you get is nothings but day and night.
And their customer service equals 0

We were scammed also out of $60 dollars . And it sounds like one’s getting any money back....so when ? Or are we getting our money back...what a scam......watch out buying thins on Facebook...and EBay...

Nova plum is now novahourclub and neathot. Same jacket and same price. I have sent several emails with response of be patient. Then I sent email requesting to cancel my order now no response at all. I feel like money lost.

I purchased a sheepskin jacket and hat on November 13th. I contacted them on November 29th still no shipment. They must be a scam. No response and no shipment. I need to contact Facebook and credit card company.

Last month they were "Novaplum" this month the same advert on Facebook is for "NovahourClub" I placed an order on 11/11 and paid a premium for despatch within 5-10 days 22 days later still no shipment lots of emails back and forth company says its *under processing" "be patient" but they took the money on 11/11 and refuse to refund or give a date for despatch - buyer beware and make your own minds up. I am told by my credit card provider that the company who took the money are a Hong Kong based company of an entirely different name.
In all fairness I will update this review if I ever get satisfactory service/receive my order.

I ordered a coat November 11 it is now december 2 . No coat or contract with them. This is longer than i expected. I suspect they changed their name because i see the same coat on another sight if it is too good to be true beware

BEWARE. If I could give it no stars I would. I ordered a coat on Nov. 11 and when I check on it they say it is processing. How can it still be processing? No phone number to call and you can only send them a message. Tried to find their Facebook page and it no longer is there..hum I think they are not a good company. I want the coat I order NOW.
Edit: I finally got the coat and OMG never again. it is nothing like it was supposed to be. The web site is gone so no way to get a refund. The size is no where what it was supposed to be the material it is made of is not what it was supposed to be made of either. DON"T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM

One week after ordering my order is ‘still in processing’ despite paying for expedited delivery. I suspect they are selling items they do not have in stock, therefore fraudulently. Buyer beware!
