I don't want to sound like a broken record player but everything written about this group is true. Nothing will get fixed...something as simple as a replacement plastic fastener for the toilet took 6 months for 2 guys not from any plumbing company to come in and take a look at it which then led to them proposing to just using tape to fix the problem... Getting your deposit back is still an on going struggle even though everything was done on my part to the letter according to their policies and BC Tenancy Branch. I have flagged this company via the Better Business Bureau and police action will be my next course of action. Buyers Beware!

Extremely bad company, run by a bunch of scammers. Some fools trying to take your deposit.
They will tell you that they will return your deposit for the house when you leave but they will find some stupid explanation
Also while living in their house you will get to know that they illegally rented the apartment without paying your registration fees and then if you ask them to get something repaired or replaced in the appartement, they will never do it.

You won't get your deposit back. They don't answer emails or calls, their office address is fake.

Avoid this company unless you want to jump through hoops to get your deposit back. Still haven't received my dauther's deposit back yet after months of trying to contact this company.

Apparently there are a few of us that have been ripped off for rental deposits.
