DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Upon browsing their advertisements they stole my PayPal information and placed an order that I did not authorize.
They now will not send me a shipping label to return it or refund my money.
I immediately contacted them when I saw an order confirmation. They didn't reply until it was shipped. Then stated they couldn't cancel it but I could return it.
Now they expect me to pay for return shipping to China. If you didn't know, it's very expensive.

Their website indicates a 100% refund on your order. What they don’t tell you is that the order must be returned to China, even though the return address on their package indicates it was shipped from Texas. Over 30 days ago they offered me a 30% refund on my order and I have not received it.
Don’t do business with this company!!!!

Ordered Vision Pro glasses which are absolutely a piece of JUNK. Not want was advertised!!! Trying to get a refund @ present. Wish me luck !!! Stay away from this Company/products.

The products are junk. They will give you the runaround when trying to return products and to get a refund. I originally tried to cancel my order within an hour of placing it and was informed that I could not cancel. I somehow got items on my order that I did not want, must have click on something not knowing that I was ordering the products. Out $200 dollars cause now they want provide me with the instructions as to how to return junky products. If it sounds to good to be true, it is going to be junk. Lesson learned, don't order from this company.

If I could give zero I would. They glasses are junk. Don’t work. Offered refund if I paid shipping from US to China, not worth it. Total scam in my opinion.

Order #28253 - glasses are useless crap. When I asked for a return, they attempted to charge my Ccard without authorization. NOVARIHOME.COM $69.31 - detected and rejected by Amex - you thieves!!!

ORDER #25172 Is the number of the order I placed for a set of Eyeglasses with new innovative vario lenses, $68.00.
I received the order confirmation but this indicated 7 pairs of glasses plus shipping etc and invoiced for $254.00! After long and protracted endless e-mails I returned the product to China, cost $15.00 from Spain to China postal charges to me no refund. I did get the $254 refunded butvthey made another charge on September 1st this year of $52.00. No product charge no invoice simply charged me y debit card. Still trying to get my money back. Company Novari home plus several other identities, operating out of US but products from China. NOT A RECOMMENDED COMPANY.

I placed an order for $95 and they tried to charge me $165. Glad my credit card company asked me to confirm first. Also no phone support is a big red flag.

Product, 1x Vision Pro, is absolutely useless. Worse, this China crap company requires customers to pay international return shipping to China to claim their warranty refund, even though their customer service is in the US (Wyoming). The return shipping cost is almost half of the product cost ($39.99)... so you're screwed out of half the purchase cost.
