Never received the item I ordered and paid from, total scam

Do not buy from them this is a scam!!
Still haven’t received my order.
Tried multiple times to contact with no response
AVOID!!!

I have just received what I presume is supposed to be the ‘Clean Buddy’ robot. The website, advert, and all information are misleading. The Robot is tiny and not capable of cleaning a 3-bedroom house, let alone one room.

Although I have contacted them 3 times, asking for a return and a full refund, I have not surprisingly heard back from them

The Robot is no bigger than my hand. Do not buy.

Absolute scammers totally awful company

I ordered a robot vacuum cleaner on 24 October 2025, following a very plausible internet advert showing a programable model, with self charging base and operating on all services very efficiently. I paid £69.95. On the 31st October I received an entirely different and vastly inferior model of such poor quality that it didn't pick up anything, USB charging so no programming and no self charging housing. On line the company appears to have a complaints form and an Email address. I have attempted to complain and return the item for a full refund by completing these communication methods. Both have been returned to me as undelivered. I have now contacted my Bank who have registered the experience and are acting on my behalf.

Scammer site. Vacum cleaner it is not. Its the size of a saucer

DO NOT TOUCH! Would give zero stars if that was an option. Item arrived half the size shown, like a toy version. Flimsy and cheap quality plastic. Expected me to mop my kitchen floor with a piece of material approx 2 x 1 inches! Doesn't work at all on carpet which is a bit of a must for a vacuum cleaner really! I requested a refund and was told to return it to China not Eindhoven where it came from. This would cost me up to £40, more than half of the original item cost.

Not a customer but was considering a purchase, so checked their status on TrustPilot first. Their website (following the link above) claims a 4+ TrustPilot star rating but there are no reviews or rating showing on TrustPilot itself.
