I just want to give a big shout out to your employee Eric Grider! We accidentally ordered something that we already had in stock and didn't figure it out until a day after we ordered. The huge problem was we asked for 2-Day shipping. When I contacted Eric, he was more than polite and happy to help me. He rushed out to grab the package before it went out, which saved us all kinds of hassles and money.

That right there was amazing compared to some of the service I have received from other Large Retail Chains. But, he not only was quick to grab the package and save us some money, he even went a step further and let me know how everything would be handled billing wise (the transaction was charged to our American Express) for us before I even asked.

He was prompt and attentive and just awesome to work with. We will definitely be turning toward your company in the future for our annual events more often because of Eric's excellence in customer care.

I placed my order and in two days the product was in my office. Excellent Service...

The gentleman had noticed I ordered the wrong size. I had previously ordered the wrong size and it was sent and we had to return. This time he notice I did it again. I was thankful he caught it before it was shipped out so we could get the right size this time. Thank you.

I've used NovaVision Inc. a few times for various organizations and their product is always great quality, the shipping time is quick and if I ever have to contract their customer service group they are always friendly and quick to respond.
