I’d like to share my experience with NovaVP.
I purchased a €100 gift card for €70. I knew it sounded almost too good to be true, and unfortunately, my suspicions turned out to be justified.
I completed the payment and provided my email address, but I never received the gift card or any confirmation from them. I contacted NovaVP through the email address listed on their website and also reached out via Instagram.
They replied on Instagram claiming that, according to their records, the gift card had been received and even processed. I provided proof showing that I had not received anything and asked them to provide the email address the gift card had supposedly been sent to, as well as the exact time it was sent, so I could verify that it had not been sent to me.
They never provided this information, and their customer support has been extremely disappointing.
I made the purchase last Friday, and I’m writing this review on Wednesday. I still have not received what I paid for, nor have I received a satisfactory explanation or solution.
Based on my experience, I would advise others to be very cautious before making a purchase.
