Avoid NovaVPS (novavps.io).
I paid for a VPS with Litecoin. The payment was fully confirmed on the blockchain, but NovaVPS falsely marked it as failed and never delivered the service.
When I tried to contact support, I was required to add more money before I could even open a ticket. Shortly afterward, my account was blocked and I lost access completely.
I created a second account and recorded the entire Litecoin checkout process. I have preserved full evidence: blockchain confirmation, wallet records, screenshots, payment details, and video.
Based on my documented experience, I believe this service is operating in a deceptive and unsafe manner. Do not send them cryptocurrency.
I am ready to provide Trustpilot with all evidence privately if required.
