False advertisement and scam. False claims that clothings are made in Canada and are high quality. I was weilling to paid the price but received a really cheap product shipped from shipping. Kind of pant that you can buy on cheap chinese site for 2$. You want to return it ?Sure, just have to pay the shipping back to China which make no sense. First time I didn't checked reviews about a buyer before buying. Good lesson for me. Don't do the same !
Misleading advertising in my estimation. I came across an ad on Facebook which left the impression the cargo pants were made in Québec by a proud family operation. Received cheap low quality clothing made in China. I wrote Novaya to complain (turns out they are situated in Paris, France) and they claimed that they had fulfilled their obligations. Turns out I would have to return items to China at exorbitant cost.
