First of all the availability of the watch I had been looking for for a long time, a Rolex Datejust 41mm mint green dial fluted bezel, new from the factory. Then the courtesy of their staff, who provided me in real time with further information on the imminent purchase, with photos and close-ups of the watch. Finally the shipment, which took place immediately after the purchase in an insured and super protected package, arriving a few days later at my address in Italy. The watch was presented exactly as detailed, in its original packaging with the certifications and guarantees required by law. For all these reasons I can only be extremely satisfied with Novelty Watches Co. and I hope to be able to use them as soon as possible for my next purchase.
