Novia delivered sofa set to our house, however the delivery personnel were so rude that they just dropped the furniture inside the house and left the house hitting the compound wall with the truck. novia did not respond to my calls but sent an email saying that a handy man will repair in 30 days. however nothing is done in the last three months.

Please read my review from October 2022. This is follow up as promised. They delivered a poor quality dining table with very poor finish. The marble was not sealed and now has stains all over. The promise to replace the dining table legs (poorly polished brass with coating coming off at multiple places and dents) never happened. They outrightly lie to you over the phone that they are still waiting. It has been over 2 years!!! They have no interest in fixing as they have made their profit and don’t care about customer service. I have never come across such an unprofessional, poor quality service and products for the price you pay. The showroom is deceptive and lures into buying things so beware.

The service help and advice we received was exceptional. They were very helpful and patient throughout.

Andrea was very efficient and professional in selling us the sideboard. Very friendly and knowledgeably about the product.

Purchased dining table chairs. Previously purchased tv cabinet. Excellent service as before. Staff, including fitters are very courteous and competent. Highly recommended

Good quality

one of the worst companies to deal with, they are fraudsters nothing else. I have been chasing them since March but no luck, sent damaged and wrong items !!!! now case is in court and with trading standards and other regulartory authorities.
long holds, then you cant record messages, as their mail box is full of complaints so you just cant do anything at all !!!!!!

The faulty product doesn’t fit so not electricians fault

The office has sent reply’s via email confirming faulty parts ordered.

The store knows this too.

Buts all now in court and for you to prove it wasn’t a faulty product

Dear Mustafa Ozekli - Director, Novia furniture LTD.

We feel lied to, betrayed, disrespected, not appreciated/ under-valued and ripped off regarding order number 10591.
Our newly manufactured table and chairs were delivered 20 March 2024. The ceramic table had what looked
like multiple scratches on top. The table leg had scratches and gold paint missing.
I formally reported these issues the next day on 21st March 2024 and included various
pictures.

I kept calling Novia Furniture and I drove nearly two hours to get to their nearest store to reiterate the issues and physically point out where the scratches were on the pictures I had previously sent. The sales assistant, Andreea was fantastic, as usual and she re-contacted their head office.

Several days later. I spoke to Eisin (Customer Service Manager) and he assured me all matters will be rectified and that he will order a new table base/ legs which will only take about a week to remake and arrange cleaning of the table as he thinks it is manufacturing glue, not scratches. The table was cleaned on 26th April 2024

It is now exactly 3 months and no news on when we will get the replacement table leg or compensated for the stress, frustration and disappointment.

Hello everyone, I have been building a brand new home and it’s taken 6 years, due to covid and personal reasons and my pursuit of perfection.

When you build, you have a vision and mine was one for each of my rooms.

During these years, you tend to walk into shops and look at furniture and one of the biggest dreams I had is when will I finally be able to sit on my sofas in my favourite room, or my new house and chill.

So I have been to many, many companies and showrooms, and to be honest the companies are all just cut & paste, the same or similar nothing wow or different.

Boring really, a sofa to me is to chill out, sleep, coch, flex, day dream, and that’s just me. My family will want the same, my kids will want to play and let’s be honest you want a sofa that can handle the whole family as these times are magical and precious and life is very fragile.

Get a decent sofa, and one that’s not boring and perhaps a little fun.

I met the team at Thurrock and I am dubious in general, and do not trust salesy people, as their interests are compromised between care and a sale.

You know what, these guys didn’t pressure, I explained my issue they listened, I learned about their products as I’m technical, they showed me demonstrations, the lovely lady baby sat my toddler whilst another gentleman started lifting up the sofa’s and showing me boring things like the construction, the scotch guard protection, he allowed me to destroy one of the sofa’s with a pen and liquid and showed me how to clean it and it really did come back brand new.

I did a quick deal, I was happy, and the delivery was earlier than agreed and the delivery team was absolutely white glove.

They took care and attention, and as my space was not ready I was temporarily installing sofa in another room, and the delivery team gave me his number and asked me to call him when I wanted it moved and they would come back and do it for me.

These guys are brilliant, their service was world class, they are underdogs amongst boring brands, with boring products, and I sincerely wish them all the success.

I am and run my own business, have a lot of experience in service, and care and I really wasn’t expecting this level from this company but I am delighted to have met them.

Everything perfect 10/10, nothing to worry about, if in future I have any issue which I cannot foresee, I’ll call them, WhatsApp them, and get their assistance again I am sure.

Buy from them, see their products, they are well build, strong, practical, clever, and competitively valued.

I have seen sofa’s in the tens of thousands, been to all west end showrooms, and the piece I bought is on par with those.

Amazing.
