If I could give negative stars I would, promotions seem great , but madness to try of avail of any, I've been onto the chat help multiple times to try claim my owed free bets or spins based on their promotions and get no where, told you will be emailed shortly , and that's end of contact. No resolution, seems like a scam site, curious if anyone has had a successful withdrawal.

Scam of a company, forced me to place my deposit three times before allowing a withdrawal. They use AML regulations as a guise to force customers to give them more money. AVOID

Joined in April with a €50.00 deposit in time for Cheltenham and Aintree. No problem enrolling on the site but when it came to withdraw €85.00 a couple of days ago... a different situation altogether. Had to submit documents for KYC . Sent an electricity bill but would not accept as the address was slightly different from my auto log in address when signing up with them. Requested photo ID...driving licence...not good enough, so requested a photograph of my head with the licence next to it. Once again not good enough. Sent them a Revenue letterhead with my address on it...

Now they are asking for a full page of a bank statement (who in their right mind would do this)? Also a full page of a tax payment. For God's sake. It seems that anything I send them is not good enough and they are going out of their way not to oblige. I now notice my account has been suspended by themselves. I'm locked out. They are total scammers.

Editing this to let people know that I've sent more documents to them with proof of address. Won't accept anything except tax settlement or full page bank statement. Are they nuts? Or just trying to collect information for identity theft?

Tried to set up an account and they tell me I already have an account with a dodgy email address but locked my account kept my initial lodgement and only way to get it back was to log into the account with the dodgy email address that someone else used with my name. AVOID.

Lodge €40 but only bet €5. Can't withdraw my balance as they say I have to bet all my deposit before I can withdraw. This seems like a con job.

Customer service is clueless and trash

If I could give no star I would, keep cancelling my withdrawal requesting more info even thou all my documents are submitted and verified. Will be cancelling my account as soon as I’ve withdrawn my money

So basically, I was depositing using bank transfers on revolut using the Novibet app, then instead of actually depositing using the deposit option on the app I sent the money directly from my revolut to the same Iban I had been depositing to. I ended up never receiving the money so I was in a dispute with the help team who at first claimed the money was being returned to my bank, now are claiming I’ve received the money and used it on the app even though I’ve provided loads of proof that this was not the case, to now being flat out ignored by the live help chat and by email as they keep saying “issue has been resolved”. They won’t confirm how much I’ve deposited to the account as I’ve provided proof that I’ve sent 100 more than I’ve received in my account and also when I ask for chat history for more proof they keep closing the live chat. Just a heads up to be very careful using this site as there extremely quick to take your money but very slow to send it back, also the deposit that is missing is the only one on my revolut without a reference but revolut has confirmed that it was sent so I’d imagine it’s just lost in novibets banking system.

Major scam site, watch out for the super odds scam. They know people are looking for the 2 goals ahead promotion so what they do is they put super odds at the same price just above it in alot of football markets so you see it in the home section and you see it has the 2 goals ahead promo but if you go into the market perhaps to check a price on a over2.5 if your not vigilant you end up falling for the scam, top market is not the 2 goals ahead promo, instead its super odds which by the way are never better odds than the two goal ahead promo. Tried highlighting this to the staff too they couldn't care less, its misleading and deceitful, the customer service is atrocious. Which is a shame because the odds are always competitive and they cover most markets so it has potential but stuff like this is certainly deliberate. Ive seen it for about two weeks now with different markets so its not a mistake they know exactly what they are doing and the they need to explain how the same market one called "SUPER ODDS" is the same price as "2 GOALS AHEAD", shameless company.

Avoid at all costs, no problem to deposit funds but once you want to withdraw, suddenly there are issues. Let me deposit via Paypal but then when I wanted to withdraw I was advised Paypal was not an option for withdrawals and I just had to provide my bank details (to verify myself and allow the withdrawal of funds). When I did provide the details I was then informed that I had to deposit more money before I could withdraw any funds. I declined to give them any more money and leave the funds that I did have sitting in the account. I then received a call from them reminding me that I had the funds in my account still and when I explained that it was only still there because I was not allowed to withdraw it, the agent advised me that she could not assist me with this and that I should contact their customer care centre again. I again told her that I was not allowed to withdraw the money but that they had no problem with me depositing more money and that it felt like a scam. She tried to assure me that it was not a scam and I asked her what did it look like, when I can deposit funds, but can't then withdraw funds? Sure looks like what a scam would look like to me.

If there were zero stars that's what they would get. They keep asking for document after document I now feel is a way of not paying out. Twice I have got back over 100 euro and all of a sudden they need documents verified. I had documents verified on the 24th December 2025 and already this year they want more. The list is never ending. Other apps do ask for some paperwork but these want your life story. They even asked for my pps number. Social security number in other countries. Avoid unless you want heartache.
