It’s a shame I didn’t read reviews as I have been scammed!
A friend had a outfit on & she told me where she got it from so I ordered it & it was the wrong colour that arrived”SURPRISE IT DID ARRIVE”
But as it was the wrong colour I didn’t try it on decided to sent back for a refund plus the material wasn’t linen blend it was just plain old cotton ridiculous!
I have contacted them via email numerous times & no reply for me to return & get a refund so out of pocket $ 65 AU dollars!
I’m so disappointed that the Australian government can’t get these companies who are scammers shutdown in our country!
I will be contacting department of fair trade to see what can be down about site like this within our waters.
I’m most upset I didn’t check this site out first I usually do but my friends outfit looked lovely so bang on the site straight away & ordered 😢
Never again will I purchase from sites without reviews first regardless how good it sounds !

I just received a leather jacket sizing was right, jacket was as advertised and great condition and sewing was perfect and great quality.

0 stars apply here beware this site is a scam !!! Goods supplied are not what is advertised and the ph no is fake also they do not reply to emails or refund you!!
Australian consumer laws should be protecting the public from these scammers they are not ???? My daughter bought me a Mother’s Day gift we did not receive what was advertised it’s all fake photos and adds !! Beware!!

Total crooks. They say they have a return policy and then become totally uncontactable when you email for a return address. Bad quality clothes, wouldn’t even use for fancy dress parties.

I ordered two cashmere cardigans. Unfortunately I didn't check Trustpilot reviews until after already paying. After reading the reviews - all saying Novigood is basically a scam site - I expected to either not receive them at all; or for them to look really dreadful; or to be the size to fit a toddler; and most definitely to not be cashmere ! So. In fact I was quite relieved: they did arrive and they fitted and they were cheap looking but not too bad. However they were most certainly not cashmere ... as their washing machine-friendly labels proudly advised ... 100% polyester 🤣😂. So unlike everyone else, who's given them 1 star I'm giving them 2 because despite not being what they claim, I can actually wear the cardigans and they look OK ... but basically it's probably not a great idea to order from Novigood.

This company sent counterfeit product. Not even close to item advertised. I have filed complaint which is currently under investigation. Website is fake as phone number does not exist. Emails were not responded to. This company is bad to the bone !,

shipped to wrong address. wrong size shoes. poor quality, not met description. emailed to do a return and not heard from them. I guess it all poor. Just $66 out of pocket by a poor company.
Do not trade with them.

There is no Melbourne store or connected landline
When contacted for returns you get an automatic reply and no answer
Chinese company with no customer service stay away

Do NOT buy from these people!!!

I ordered a top for my mum, I was sent a look-alike cheap unwearable piece of material.
I’ve tried calling Novigood - their number is disconnected.
I’ve tried emailing them with no reply.
$90 down the drain!!!

I got a synthetic cardigan it was supposed to be cashmere what a joke and the linen cotton pants are something you would never wear cheap and nasty $132 later returning the items is impossible located in Asia

I orders a pink jumpsuit it cost me $70 it was awful the material was cheap and nasty and even though I got a size bigger it was halfway up my leg
I tried to send it back couldn’t get through on there number and sent emails
No reply so so angry

AVOID THIS COMPANY. They are a bunch of criminals.
I have been waiting weeks for a pair of Sandals.
I have had at least 10 emails with excuses. Just repeats. They just press a key and their computers churns out another message.
I wish someone could send back a spike and trash their system.

My shoes have arrived and I am absolutely appalled. I purchased them as they are marketed as "orthopedic shoes", however they provide no support whatsoever. They are made of crappy material and not even normal shoe fabric or inner soles. They are a disgrace! I wouldn't have even paid $5 for them. 
It is theft to charge so much for such low quality products and promote them as being orthopedic. I purchased them due to the need for extra support and they are the worst shoes I've ever brought. 
I'm really disappointed and cannot believe the audacity of your company. Not to mention they took an extremely long time to arrive and they weren't even properly constructed (laces weren't on, buckles don't work). Disgusting! Novigood, you should be ashamed of yourselves! 

Received item. Made contact on day of delivery to advise too small and request for instructions to return as per their refund/return policy. I have no emailed three times with no reply and tried phoning and line says not operational. New buyers beware.

Shoes claim to be made from leather and with orthopaedic insole but this is NOT what I received. Poor quality vinyl feels like plastic. China not Australian company. Slow delivery as well. I will be trying to return them.

Bought a jacket that was far too big, I wanted to exchange for a smaller size, phone number is disconnected and emails go unanswered, I would not recommend this website

Have contacted company four times and no reply on their listed contact emails. Delivered one pair of shoes in parcel when 2 pairs ordered. Still waiting to hear where second pair of shoes are. Requested refund, or credit but really just want my shoes. Hold little hope of seeing anything when I can't even get reply to my questions.

They advertise quality clothes, but deliver substandard, unwearable clothes. The material is terrible. Copy cats, making money!
No one replies to emails, once the money is taken out of the account.
Don't be expecting any communication.

Total scam! Thought I would be getting orthopaedic leather shoes, instead the soles are hard, flat plastic and the 'leather' is some unidentifiable fabric that has a very nasty smell that reminds me of a pig farm. After reading these reviews I won't bother trying to return, they can go in the trash.

This is a scam, I bought expensive orthopaedic shoes that came frayed made with super thin and cheap material. Kmart does better quality for an insane price difference. The number listed is uncontactable and the delivery is from Yawan.
