Scam!!! Beware!!!

I ordered my girls 4 sweatshirts for their Easter baskets on February 15. Their website stated 7 business days to receive package. I started inquiring about my package on March 4th. Sarah responded the next day that she would look into it. On March 21, she gave me a tracking number and stated that I should receive my order in 1-4 days. On the 26th, I didn’t receive my order when Track 17 (what Sarah gave me) said that it was delivered in or on my mailbox when it would never be able to fit inside nor when I looked at my cameras was it actually delivered. I’ve asked for a refund and have been ignored ever since. So, I am taking one step at a time til I am refunded.

I would give them zero stars if possible…

I would give them zero stars if that was an option. I ordered a sweatshirt knowing it was a “knock off quote from another brand, but wanted to see if the quality was there. Unfortunately, the quality was terrible! The Monogram is ditching was sparse and you could see the sweatshirt behind the stitching. It was terrible. I emailed them three times requesting a return/refund and they ghosted me. You live in you learn. Do not order from this company!!!

STAY AWAY

I never received my order. They replied 2 times to me, then ghosted me COMPLETELY. I had to file a claim with my bank, STAY AWAY!

Zero stars if I could

Zero stars if I could. Package never arrived. They sent me a tracking number that does not exist. Sent several emails asking for a refund and no response. Horrible! Do not buy from them.

Absolutely company

I ordered a pair of Scooby-Doo crocs off the website back on October 27, 2025. Order # NVSR2908. I’ve reached out several times via email. The company is always extremely slow to respond and when they do, they always come up with an excuse about tariffs. I have ordered from other companies that also are overseas and have received the items in a timely fashion. I am requesting to please get a refund if I can dealing with the company is absolutely horrible. Whoever is responding to my emails has to be the same person because they give the same response. Very bad and poor customer service skills just a nightmare to work with if I can get my money back, I would definitely like to do so.

Stay Away- you can’t return anything

We ordered clothing for my daughter(two hoodies she picked out). It doesn’t not look at all like pictured. When I reached out to do a return no one responded. I have reached out 4 times with no response. It feels like they are avoiding so the 30 day window will have passed to return. The customer service is awful and the clothing looks nothing like pictured and is very low quality. I would never recommend buying anything from them.

Total scam

Total scam. Thought I was getting glass bulbs with beautiful snoopy and friends inside. Received tiny plastic balls with fake snow and 2 dimensional "scenes" inside. And seems to be impossible to return them for a refund.

The item i ordered was totally not like described…

The item i ordered was totally not like described i guess they got a picture of the real product and posted it as their own ...super overpriced for the crap youre actually getting which seems like something home made ... do not waste your money its a scam. Also they do not ship unless you complain so get ready for that i got my item ...that was crap .. a month and a half later after making a complaint... mad i blew my money on this not worth it at all and I guess I should have looked the company up first because it seems like everyone is dealing with the same.issues

I ordered two SSD drives

I ordered two SSD drives. They worked briefly. One didn't really and they were kind enough to replace it. But still neither of them work properly. Occasionally I can save to them, but then they freeze my PC or laptop, or can't read the drive/s. They're rubbish.
Would never buy from this company again.

BEWARE! It’s a SCAM.

BEWARE! THIS SITE IS A SCAM!!!

My order came in 10 days later than advertised (even if I paid extra fast shipping fees). My order was sent in a wrong size.

Then suddenly comes the epiphany that you were tricked - an email exchange to get a return label comes down to a chat-bot negotiating refund amount, with each email slowly increasing the amounts, each time the same text with slight difference in amounts,

Example:

Thank you for your continued engagement. To help resolve this matter more effectively and show how much we value your satisfaction, we’re increasing our offer:
🔸 15% Partial Refund
Get 15% of your order refunded directly
You keep the product — no return required

🔸 60% Store Credit
A substantial credit for future purchases

Same chat-bot tone each time.
I do not need stuff that was sent in the wrong size. Any reputable company would recognize their fault.

Ps: note the answers to the negative feedback. All chat-bot the same.

Its scam

Its scam. I paid for pair of men shoes since May and still havent got it. Contacting the Support team many times and they only give excuses for not dilevering like they couldn't find the address,etc.
Well as they refuse to refund; which is very strange for a respected marchant.

Buyer Beware!

Scam what you order isn’t what you receive poorly made items basically rubbish sent out when you request a return they quote the t&c and say will cost in shipping as much as the item to return it or you can have 5% credit total rip off - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!! - The reply to my review is very cynical as you know I have been in touch ref my order Re: ORDER NVR3785 and you told me I had to send back at my expense costing more than the item or I could have a 5% refund I had no option the sandals are not fit for purpose and of very poor quality
