I only gave this company one star…

I only gave this company one star because I could not move forward without picking one. Its ZERO STARS for this company.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMAPANY! THE CLOTHES ARE NOT ANYTHING LIKE THE PICTURE< CHEAPLY MADE AND THEY WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND.
We all know how to refund if you have ever ordered online, you request a return label and then you package and go. Novista Paris will keep sending you the same robotic question and ask for a picture of the item they just sent you ( a month delivery time) and then keep you playing ring a round the rosy for days. I should have read the reviews before I made my purchase. I have my husbands agency and the better business bureau looking to shut them down. They have no address listed online and you will not get your money back. The game is to get you frustrated enough to stop emailing them for the return label so you just keep the crappy item they sent you.

I have tried returning a shirt for over…

I have tried returning a shirt for over a month. I received 2 emails asking the same question, why am I returning it? I have answered them as well as sent many emails. Do not buy from this company! I think they are not legit and am not sure where they are coming from.They asked for photos and they were sent three times. The emails were delivered. Again do not trust this company
