The process of designing, ordering and receiving a lab gown yellow diamond from Novita Adelaide was extremely smooth and professional with all thanks to Luisa. The initial consult with Luisa was a very informative and positive experience where I learned everything I needed to know about creating an engagement ring through Novita, with no pressure.
Luisa provided all information I needed to consider my options and how to place the order at a later time. The next day I was able to place the order via phone call and email whilst I was working remotely at sea. Throughout the manufacturing process Novita and Luisa were available for progress updates and were able to provide a final product sooner than the express delivery quoted, meeting my deadline for overseas travel. The collection was an extremely smooth experience where I learned more about the company history and most importantly, the ring looked absolutely incredible. I highly recommend Novita and Louisa for purchasing an engagement ring!

I received multiple emails with different names, not intended for me. When I did finally get an email to confirm my purchase, my reply was "lost in their inbox", delaying my ring by weeks. I found that the service was not as professional as it should have been for the amount of money I spent.

Overall amazing product and super beautiful diamonds. Delivery was a little longer than expected but worth the wait!
