I visited the Brisbane showroom for an engagement ring and was assisted by April. She was very welcoming and friendly. She took her time explaining everything so I could make a better decision.
The final product was also amazing.

My husband and I visited a lab grown…
My husband and I visited a lab grown diamond store in the same building as Novita and we were not happy wit the customer service. So we headed to Novita Diamonds where we were treated with a warm smile and a friendly nature. Not only was the service better at Novita, but the prices were much cheaper. I wish we had gone to Novita first so we didn’t have to experience the terrible customer service at the other jewellery store.

I got a beautiful 2 carat solitaire made for my 50th. Absolutely stunning service was great. A selection of rings and diamonds to fit My budget Was all there. It was amazing and my finish product is just stunning. Love it so much. Can’t fault I even had the free resize done and it’s perfect.

Incredible customer service
Novita diamonds had an extensive range of beautiful engagement rings to choose from. The consultant, April, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and made the whole experience incredibly easy and pleasant. I felt I was able to get the best ring within my budget, and my fiancé fell in love with the ring instantly.

My fiancé let me choose my engagement ring and we were looking online from Novita Diamonds website. We had an idea about what we were after. When we came to Brisbane showroom, we met Andres that showed us few options. Very good customer service and insightful. Made it easy
After a bit of research and reading reviews, I made a booking to get more information and look at diamonds and rings in person in the Brisbane City branch.
My appointment was with Ludwing and he made everything a breeze. I found that especially as a man, there's a ton you need to learn to make a good decision, and I felt like Ludwing was a trusted guide in the process to make a decision about the ideal ring I had in mind, customise it, and have it ready within a very reasonable time.
