Novita Diamonds Parramatta has the best diamonds and the best customer service ever. I am a repeat customer that's bought two diamonds rings and a wedding ring and my experience with them is top notch. They're really friendly and accomodating. My last purchase I paid extra to fast track it and boy did they do their best get it on time, but Rashana at the Parramatta location went an extra mile by delivering it earlier then I expected. Literally like a dream
The process of choosing my diamond and designing my setting was everything I hoped it would be. Seeing several diamond options laid out in front of me made me so confident in my choice.
