Special tribute to Author Support team, Gergo Koloszar in particular, at Novum Publishing in London for their highly professional assistance and direction given to me during the editing and production of my book "Pursuit of the Elusive Dream". The book was released only just a few days ago. Data updates with individual suppliers are still in progress, so I am yet to give a more comprehensive review when relevant processes have been completed. But so far, I am satisfied with the massive amount of work that has been put into the production of my book, just whose front cover design and the high quality binding have impressed many of my relatives and friends already.

I am very grateful to novum publishing for taking me on as a new author and publishing my book: "Elvis; The Siege of Graceland and Other Stories'. As far as I am concerned that is worth at least five stars.
The steps in the process from submission of the manuscript to being printed were thorough, with plenty of opportunities for revisions and corrections. I was impressed by the quality of the specimen copy that was sent to me for final approval before the book was printed. It boded well for the finished article.
A lot of marketing material can be made available to me - at a price - to support the launch of my book. There are a lot of options and I needed to be selective. I would have welcomed some analysis on the effectiveness of the materials, or feedback from authors who have used them.
One other area of improvement I'd like to suggest: when I send in data approval forms and copy corrections etc, it is very rare for me to receive an acknowledgement that they have been received. I end up wondering if they actually got there. As soon as possible, someone should report that the information has been received. It would put my mind at rest.
Finally, my thanks again to novum publishing for their backing and to the support I've received from Michaela, Bianca and Elizabeth.
