Applied today and got declined instantly for a £4000 loan. Stable income, hardly any debts. Don't give you a reason to why its declined.

Our systems do not accept multiple applications (which as you can understand, could be an indication of fraud). The loan in question was instantly declined as you'd already applied earlier that day.
I can see you've made many applications recently. So any subsequent ones within a rolling 45 day window will also have been declined automatically.
As much as we'd love to Mark, we can't accept all applications... but rest assured, while our systems are complex, their purpose is very simple... They protect everyone concerned.
If you'd like to apply again, you'll need to delete your previous applications. To do so please contact our Customer Services team on 0343 351 9112. They will also be able to help explain how we ensure our loans remain affordable.

The worst customer service
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The teams don’t speak to each other and you get calls from all different people so you’re constantly repeating yourself. Requests go ignored. Emails go ignored. I’ve had to complain to FOS due to their appalling behaviour
