I do not want this loan I've decided the hearing aids are far too expensive ... 2 thousand pounds more for some item in QA hearing shop which is ridiculous so I was am c as ncelling this as I do not want that...I was told I have 2week cooling off period so as s it's only been one week I do not want to carry on with this loan

I can see you bought your new dining room set using our Interest Free Credit option back in April, and from the limited information I can access, you've recently settled that agreement. Keen to understand the issue you describe with that process, so leave this with me and I'll discuss it with our Customer Experience and IT Teams.
While I've not been made aware of any technical issues that could cause temporary problems, or had reports from other Retail Finance customers... rest assured we're always keen to find ways to make such common processes as simple as they can possibly be.

I'd happily look into this for you. The process of setting up an account is simple... so I'll send a request for some additional information (that will let me locate you in our system) to help me find your specific issue.
One key thing to remember is you'll need an 'agreement number' to be able to create an account. This is for a few reasons, but does occasionally confuse our 'keen bean' customers :-)
For Personal Loans, this number is available as soon as you e-sign the agreement (and the funds get released to you). However, if you've used our Retail Finance (to buy a high-cost product or service from one 3,500+ retailers)... that finance agreement is only activated when you receive the purchase. This means you do need to wait until then before creating your online account (either on our website or via the mobile app).
Update - As you've not reached out to me with more information, I'll assume you're all up and running with your online account. Any further problems or questions, just give us a call on 0344 375 5500. Always ready to help.
