I have not yet received my purchase. I have not got any notifications regarding whether my product has been biried under the ground and my money have been taken by uber eats for a onetime meal order. I dont know who has suffered and enjoy the most. Still stand by the worst website to shop. Im sure the friends and family is helping to write good reviews especially focusing on delivery just to con people in buying products from your website and then eventually you blame it on Royal Mail. All the best with your fake reviews you are still holding on to my order and my money.

All that was needed was to let us know you hadn't received by email to customerservice@Now4beauty and as mentioned we always send replacement or refund.Neither of which you had asked for, even after I had emailed you directly.
There was absolutely no need to go down the route you have taken as we would much prefer a happy customer conclusion rather than 2 negative reviews for a product value of £13.92 !
I think I ll leave it to the readers of this reply and their own eyes to see all our reviews are genuine and most from verified customers.The other organic reviews like yours are from other happy customers.
As I said before all items sent out are fully insured so if they did get lost then No customer is left out of pocket.

I ordered Dermaologica Microfoliant, which I swear by, it’s the best exfoliant for my skin. I’ve given up using or trying others now as none of them are as good. That aside, I used Now4Beauty for the first time and the service was excellent. Not only was the price of the product cheaper than most, by £10, ordering and delivery was very smooth. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Unfortunately the product I ordered is out of stock but I was really impressed to get an email informing me and that a refund was being arranged. The message said they thought it best to refund as there is some doubt about the future availability of the product. I really appreciated that email - some companies would not have bothered.
