Impressive Service
I ordered the Dermalogica Solar Defence Booster from Now 4 Beauty. It was definitely a tad cheaper with Them, and I couldn't find it on the Dermalogica Website. It arrived within 5 days from placing the order, all the way to Scotland, which was very impressive, and they included free samples which I was not expecting. A very Pleasant Experience with this Company all-round. Definitely will use them again

Hi Allison,
I am sorry to hear its not with you yet. However I am sure it will be as it was sent 2nd class packet post on the 6th which is only 2 working days ago. Please give Royal Mail a little more time to deliver this package in this harder than normal time, as currently they do not guarantee any delivery times whilst Covid-19 has affected all business including there's with staff shortages. All our items are fully insured and if the parcel fails to arrive (which is very rare) we would simply send another or refund.
Please contact customerservice@now4beauty.com if this doesn't arrive within a few days and we can sort this for you. Leaving a bad review without any contact to us first to correct the issue is unfair and can really do damage to our reputation.
We do accept any feedback as if we have made mistakes we need to know about them so they don't happen again. Fingers crossed your package will arrive today or tomorrow (please remember it was also a bank holiday weekend).
Update 16.22 12/05/2020 Package tracking shows delivered at 3.15pm 11/05/2020 within specified time frame (3-4 working days) when free shipping was selected.
