Royal mail claim they delivered your item at 3pm on the 15th Jan and can be tracked on royal mail website with this tracking no. 320545966000123B83F73 . If this is not the case please contact us either through our contact us page on the website or directly by email to customerservice@now4beauty.com . We can then either send another item or issue a full refund as all our items are fully insured and our customer never loses out.
I am sorry you have had to leave this review thinking we haven't fulfilled your order but until this review was posted, we have had no contact from yourself ,and did not know that you haven't had the parcel that royal mail say they have delivered.
