SCAM - Fake Shoes, Review Extortion, and a Deliberately Broken Website

SCAM - Fake Shoes, Review Extortion, and a Deliberately Broken Website

I am writing this review to warn others after being scammed by this company. My experience exposes a deliberate and fraudulent operation from start to finish.

1. The Bait: I clicked a Facebook ad for New Balance shoes. The product does not exist.
2. The Broken Website: The website itself is designed to trap you. It is not just bad; it's malicious by design.
· You cannot view your cart unless you are in the process of adding a new item.
· Once an item is in the cart, you cannot remove it. The option simply does not exist.
· The entire user experience is engineered to make it impossible to review or change your order, forcing you to proceed to checkout with items you may not want.
3. The Switch: Instead of receiving shoes, my payment was taken for an unwanted gift card and membership program.
4. The Extortion: When I demanded a refund, the "Escalation Team" refused. A representative named Ahlby explicitly conditioned my refund on me posting a fake 5-star review on Trustpilot. He even provided the exact text I should copy, such as "Ahlby helped me."
5. The Only Resolution: They only refunded my money after I was forced to file a formal chargeback with my bank.

Conclusion: This is not a legitimate business. It is a sophisticated scam using a deliberately broken website to bait people, selling non-existent products, and then using review extortion to hide their tracks. They only care about taking your money. DO NOT TRUST THEM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
