Op 29-11-2025 heb ik de Nowaé Dermaroller wenkbrauw + GRATIS SERUM × 1 besteld. Echter heb ik alleen de dermaroller ontvangen. Ik heb hier over gemaild op 13-12-2025, maar tot op heden geen reactie.
Ik heb overigens mijn bestelling op 29-11-2025 gedaan, en kreeg deze 2 weken later binnen. In de tussentijd heb ik ook gemaild met de vraag hoe lang de bestelling nog kon duren voor deze geleverd zou worden, maar ook helaas hier nooit een reactie op ontvangen. Het contact is zeer slecht.
Ik wil graag mijn geld terug.
