We are sorry you have been frustrated by the fees taken. We would like to point out that the fee conditions are stated on our https://nowpayments.io/pricing page.
In addition to the NOWPayments service fee (which is 0.5% or 1% of the amount depending on if conversion is necessary), network fees are also taken. These fees depend on factors such as the blockchain itself, its current workload, and the speed of processing - taken by miners, not the service. Therefore we can unfortunately not change them. But there are ways to reduce team:
- Enabling Custody to avoid the last transaction involved in payment processing and, consequently, one of the network fees.
- Enabling "fee paid by user" when creating the payment to transfer all the fees to the customer.
- Using lower-fee coins, for example USDTBSC instead of USDTTRC20.

Now payments fraud fraud fraud
Now payments generated a code copied and paste it sent payment 3 days later notified by them saying the address they provided did not belong to them. Went back to their site clicked on payment again a new address pops up so copied it tried to make Bitcoin payment again but this time it comes up as not a legit address be careful using this way of payment they're doing fraudulent stuff.
