Nowscents Reviews

I ordered some perfumes from this website they send me email saying that they don’t have stock I should choose different perfumes I ask for refund they said it will be in my account after 50 days
I send couple of emails but as usual no reply
Till now they did not refund my money.

So bad

I ordered two perfumes last summer, and after 2 months, I received the cheapest one, so I sent an email to their customer service asking for a refund, they said their policy does not include a refund unless I return the item (that I haven't received in the first place), and they gave me a voucher.
I made another order using the voucher in October 2022, that's 6 months ago and didn't get it till now, I sent several emails, and their only response is that it is delayed due to changes in customs regulations in some countries, which is BS because I have since successfully purchased several items from other websites.

Fraud site
i placed order from 15/3/2023
and didn’t receive it
also no response via email
It’s scam

Order and hasn't reached me and it has been more than 6 months. And they stopped responding afterward

This is a scam! after paying for Tom Ford's cologne I got an email from Nowscents that they could not ship this to Dubai and asked me to choose another brand, I wrote them back stating that I did not want another brand and asked for a refund. Nowscents send me an email that the refund is approved and will take 45 days to process. it's been almost 3 months now and they don't respond to my emails. still no refund.

100 percent scammer is waiting for their karma

nowscents.com is a pure scam and fraud website. nobody should buy anything from this site. No one replies to me on my message and I did not get my delivery.

Perfume is fake and two of the bottles delivered was empty, completely broken. No idea for refund but I've reported all their ads to Google as counterfeit goods. If no refund, police report to follow

I ordered 2 perfumes that were delivered to me after exactly 6months and 1day today, 30th Jan 2023.
Perfumes are not original and that's it.
I don't recommend.

I ordered as a gift and to the recipient’s surprise, it was fake!!! what I received was a terrible fake, a stinky water, a glass bottle with a cheap sticker on it. I’ve never seen a worse fake. I’ll take action, and I asked the refund but there refused

I bought a perfume that happened to be fake from this company, they also refused to issue me a refund. These people are criminals, don't waste your money with them.

Simply it scam and they will charge you and you never get anything - they will always say that you will be contacted once your order reach but this never happened .

Go for shops and malls pay more and get something - I filed a case against them in Turkey ( under process )
