Like many UK tennis fans took out membership with Now TV to watch the American Open. With the 5 hours time difference, you would expect that the catch up / replay service would not be so bad. Tennis T... See more

Really poor service. Took out a month’s sports subscription for my mother to watch the US tennis open. Matches obviously happen during the night in UK time. But the matches available to watch on c... See more

I wish I’d read the trust pilot reviews before taking out a month’s subscription to watch US Open this year. Impossible to watch recordings of most previous day’s matches. Even the ones they show take... See more

It is absolutely ridiculous for £35/ month, there is no catchup. One can only watch live tennis or rewind up to about 3hrs. The us open happens overnight. How can anyone be up all night if ha... See more

I tried to sign up for broadband but…

I tried to sign up for broadband but was unable to proceed as I do not have a mobile number. I tried to make contact using on line chat where I was initially no 2 on the list then no 1 but after watching most of Judge Rinder and some of Tennable I gave up and tried to make contact via the web form. For the webform they require my e-mail address and a password. To have a bloody password an account is required. I will now be checking out Trustpilot for reviews of other broadband providers.

Don't fall for their disgusting…

Don't fall for their disgusting cancellation SCAM of requiring FOUR separate cancellation confirmations and a written reason why per each pass to leave their low quality streaming 720p DVD quality dump of a service. Don't fall for this cancellation scam if you sign up for their trial. A total of 20 clicks to leave, and I'm sure millions raked in from unwary consumers not used to dealing with SkyTV/NowTV anti-consumer practices of the last few decades.

They say if a deal is too good to be it usually is!

They say if a deal is too good to be true it usually is.This has been my experience with Now TV. We were attracted by the sale deals they had including TV, phone line & broadband-wow I thought brilliant!
In truth they are very very hard to contact, couldn’t find an email address and finding their “chat” system was another feat! We were promised that there was no need to order these services before 14 days before you move so we waited and ordered to have it installed in our new house. We depend on having a phone in the house as my wife has several serious health conditions-do they care? No! . We are still waiting for connection and they are blaming it on open reach. The estate we've moved into had telephone lines put in during the construction process & all they need to do is connect our line at the junction box. Their right hand doesn’t know what their left hand is doing.
When I eventually was able to call them their customer service team they have been nothing but rude, unhelpful and a waste of time.

I would not recommend this company at all!

Absolutely disgusted

Absolutely disgusted, changed address and now have to wait 4 weeks for reconnection and have a bill saying that I'm going to be disconnected unless I pay

Despite so very many poor customer…

Despite so very many poor customer reviews of NowTV I thought it unlikely that I too would suffer so went ahead. More fool me. The planned date to switch service went by with nothing happening. Following this 2 emails arrived a day or two apart apologising for a 'change' without stating what this change was but, ironically, confirming that the switchover would still take place on the planned day (by now 2-3 prior to the emails). It took inordinately long to get through on the telephone (on one occasion I gave up after 45 minutes) and when I did (or when I got through on the chat line) I was told no more than that it was Openreach's fault as they had delays and that NowTV had no idea when things would happen. The 2nd of these chats took place only hours before the switch actually did happen and we were left with no internet access as the NowTV hub had not been sent out:- "we dont like to send them out early as too many customers then cancel their orders". I am not surprised. I might well have done too but am now stuck with the contract.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I signed up for a seven day sports pass and there was an issue with the audio and picture being out of sync with the Now TV player. I emailed their support and it took 36 hours to get a reply which was basically the joining instructions I should have received when I initially signed up with a different link to install the player. By this time half of the 7 day pass I paid for had passed so I wasn't able to use it for the full time I had paid for.
The support team just said they were sorry and were working to improve their service which was no help to me.

Go with another streaming service

Box wouldn't connect, always error. Even advice given by Now TV didn't work. I thought 'ok, the technology is lousy but at least I can watch on my laptop.' Wrong. I had a voucher, scratched off to reveal the code, entered it, and was informed it was invalid. Nothing with these people is trustworthy or reliable. Go with another streaming service.

POOR SERVICE

We contacted NOW TV to be our new service provider end FEB. They stated there was an open free line for broadband, calls and TV at our new home address. We signed up for contract with them and they stated that our broadband would go live on the 15th March. On the 16th of March when we realised nothing was live we called them. They said that the reason that it had not gone live was that the previous tenants phone line was still active. which is odd, as they have given us a phone number for this address? They apologised and said the problem should be resolved by the 23rd March and this will be the new date that the broadband would go live. They also sent a mail that a Engineer will be coming to our home to install the dish and box on the 27th of March and further broadband issues. I then took a days annual leave and awaited their arrival. When I noticed that the time was running short I called the customer care line. The then told me that our entire service had been cancelled? No correspondence, no email to say engineer is not coming NO COMMUNICATION. I wasted a days annual leave AND they have said we must open a new account from the beginning... even though we did not authorize cancellation? The biggest issue here is 1. claiming that the line is free when it was not. 2. not doing the broadband activation on dates stated, but WORST is 3. no correspondence or communication. I have lost a days pay now. And STILL there is no solution to this case.
