Very disappointing experience.
I returned a pair of sneakers due to the wrong size, and the company received them on March 26 (confirmed by tracking). Since then — complete silence. No replacement has been shipped, and no clear update has been provided.
I have contacted customer support multiple times. One of my emails was written in English, but for some reason I received a reply in Spanish, which makes no sense. All my other messages have been completely ignored. Calling them is also useless — no one answers.
This is extremely frustrating. The money has been paid, the shoes have been returned and received by the company, and in return — no communication and no information at all.
Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

Delivery and slow customer service…
Delivery and slow customer service response. Pre reply messages templated to fool the customer. They blame the delivery company but if they dont dispatch the item and notify the delivery company to collect it then that is the fault of Nox and the lack of leadership within the company. Possible the new owners need to have a complete overall of the staff in charge .

Inner short in skirts and shorts are small
I like te fabric of the clothes. But for the womans is fitting more on the smaller side. Expescialy the new womens short.

So far I am very upset with the customer experience. I ordered a racket on NoxSportsUSA and when I put in the order it was mentioned that it would take 2-4 days to be delivered. So far, it's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't even gotten a reply from the NoxSportsUSA team with no update on whether my racket is being delivered or not. I then decided to call the Spanish offices in order to contact the USA offices. This was done at the beginning of this week, and now the work week is almost over and I still do not have any update, with the Spanish offices also no longer responding to my calls or emails over the last 2 days.

Bad Quality
I ordered two AT 10 Genius rackets. The delivery was quick, but one racket had a bad quality and I had to return the racket. I was disappointed because I ordered at Nox directly hoping to get the best rackets. Therefore I was willing to pay the fulle price. At other stores you get the rackets 20% cheaper. Unfortunately that was not the case.

I've ordered a racket of €340,-, not once, not twice, but three times... The first two rackets were damaged and after I received the third racket, while sending the other ones back to Nox and waiting for a month, Nox promised me that I will receive a gesture of good will for my inconvenience,...But they can't even keep their promise...!
