NOXU is a scam!

NOXU claims their products are guaranteed…what a joke. I bought a large MUSUCUBE among other items. The products (floor & table lamps & the cube) are cool to look at but cheaply made. Components on lamps are flimsy and come apart easily. The cube is beautiful but the wiring is the cheapest bargain basement stuff imaginable. It powers on via a USB plug with an in line on/off switch. The cord is super short, less than 3ft, so the cube cannot be placed anywhere for display without getting an extension cord of some kind. I had only a few weeks before the power cord came apart when it was being plugged in/power on one day. That was 7 months, 4-5 emails, 6 international calls and two lamp repair shop attempts ago. I cannot get anyone to work on the cube domestically without some instructions from NOXU, and NOXU will not respond to calls or emails. There is no guarantee. Once they get your money, you are dead to them! Spend your well earned money ELSEWHERE!

Scam. Avoid or lose your money.

Shocking experience with this company. Total scam artists. I ordered one of their infinity mirrors via Etsy. First, they pushed me to send money straight to their bank account instead of going thru Etsy (my first mistake, never do that). I did and they promptly send me...a defective, useless product. Then all of a sudden they become unresponsive. Until I reach out to Etsy to complain. Then they offered a replacement. Which I accepted....and then radio silence again.
I am now left with an extremely bulky object that isn't working, and a £100 wasted on this.
I am also shocked that Etsy let these types of sellers sell on their platform. Reading the reviews here, it is obvious they have defrauded so many people and yet they are still allowed to scam more people.

Scam!

Scam!
They never shipped. I got my money back thanks to my credit card provider but otherwise they would have kept it as they ignored my mails.

Scam

Scam, avoid.

Ordered lamp from them in Feb 2022. Nothing arrived for a month, their support assured me they were just backlogged.

It’s now June and nothing has arrived, their Facebook page has been taken down, and they don’t reply to emails.
