Thought I was buying from an European country. Then I want to return my items, because the smell like it is from a chemical plant and did not like the quality. First I get offered to keep it and get another item for 25 euro's. I rather have my money back although the shipping label is 22 Euros ;( I try to avoid buing from China for reasons mentioned above, but got tricked.
Arrived too late, wanted to return the items, explained it wasn't necessary anymore, but just got an offer to keep it (without a refund) and get another item for free. Why would I want that as I don't even want the first item anymore?
Big hassle, never ordering again.
Bought a dress and a set of earrings and necklace. The dress came with a broken button, and during my first time wearing it, the pearls on the dress started falling off one by one. The set of earrings and necklace looks like very cheap version of the photo displayed on the website. Definitely very low quality items.
Never received the ordered blouse. I paid in April 2025 and till now, september 2025, had no answers!
It seems a bandit enterprise!
The item I received looks different from the photos. When I asked for a return label they gave me an address in China to return it.
It's basically Wish or Temu with a nice interface. In some cases the photos are far too good compared to the actual clothing which is made of a cheap material.
If you ask for a refund they make it utterly complicated.
Dont do it!
Total scam. Even tacking legal actions. Not to get money back but what they do it illegal in any way. Shipment directly from some place in china. Takes three weeks at least. Retour is on own costs. Even when it is there mistake.
Dont buy! Delivered product is not as advertised. Very poor quality, different design and materials. Also arrived in a plastic bag dented. Return is on the customer. It's basically a scam, avoid.
NEVER EVER ORDER AT NOYA… I always check trustpilot reviews, except for this time because someone sent me a link and I ordered without checking with big regret!! The articles are vague and to get in touch takes such a long time that return period is expired!!
