We recently had work completed by Naylors Property Maintenance Limited, and Ishmael and Kadri are honestly in a league of their own. I’m not even sure “builders” does them justice. They removed an old fireplace, constructed a new wall with built-in storage, hung doors, plastered, installed new lighting including spotlights set neatly into recesses, mounted our TV flush to the wall, replaced a radiator valve, and arranged carpet fitting alongside their trusted fitter.

Throughout the whole process they were polite, friendly, and incredibly considerate. They worked quietly, kept everything spotless, and were so tidy that it genuinely looked like they hadn’t been there when they finished. Their attention to detail and care for our home really stood out.

A fantastic job from start to finish. We’ll definitely be asking them back for future projects and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Ishmael is a really nice person, who arrived promptly at the pre-arranged time. He previously fixed my leaking roof. This time he sorted some dodgy garage electrics and his colleague unblocked a downpipe. Have asked him for quotes to do some other work inside and outside. He does everything and anything, so no need to keep sourcing different types of contractors. Perfect!

Once accepted we agreed a date and time. He was punctual, worked throughout the day. Completed the repair/replacement of the solar meter and installation of the battery and moving of various meters as requested.

Ishmael, Naylor's Property Maintenance, is an expert in electrical installation and testing and a creative and efficient professional.

Ishmael and his team were great. From the first time I spoke to Ishmael about building up on our garden and extending our hardstand outside the house, he was very polite and unassuming, whilst very knowledgeable about what we would need and honest about what was achievable. We'd had some quotes from a couple of others (and at least one other who had said they weren't interested in doing it), but I never felt confident in either the people supplying the quote, or that the works quoted for were exactly what we wanted.
Ishmael was the first person to quote who made us feel confident that we could get what we wanted and done to a high standard; On top of which he submitted a quote that I can only describe as 'very agreeable'.
During the works Ishmael and his team were polite, conscientious, and clean, both in terms of the work being carried out and whilst using the facilities in our home.
There were a couple of unseeable complications (this is a house that fights you at every turn.) during the work that made it go on for a bit longer than was planned, but Ishmael was honest and up front about what had happened / what was happening and the consequences of those complications.
Despite the prolonged works, never once did Ishmael talk about making amendments to the quote, in fact he gave us a small discount at the end due to himself being slightly displeased with some of the finishing details, which quite frankly is extraordinary, as we're delighted with what he has done, and how he did it.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Naylors Property Maintenance, and Ishmael will be top of my call list when we undertake our next project.

Ishmael is a good professional builder, he really pays close attention to details and aims to please. I found that he is very knowledgeable across a wide range of building skills and delivers a decent quality finish. We had a room painted, some tidying up around a newly fitted door, replacement internal door handles fitted as well some repairs done to pipework and some electrical wiring.
I'm actually a returning customer, we previously had some outdoor tiling done and were so pleased with the result we didn't hesitate to offer more work.
Ishmael is also a lovely chap, kind and friendly. Give him a call!

I needed a household electrical upgrade as well as some tiling and an extractor fan fitted in my bathroom. I am delighted with the resulting work.
