worse customer service - illegal actions

worse customer service. illegal responses. will not take back my scooter when the brakes (!!) broke twice in 5 months. awful awful awful. the brakes are defect! they send back one line responses with no empathy. should be sued.
It is great if the device you get is perfect. But please know that they will not help you even if they sent you a problematic item. You’re on your own. All they keep saying is they want to fix it again - but personally I do not want to get on this scooter ever again since I already risked my life twice with the brakes breaking in the middle of a street.
