“Charged & filled” battery
Paid extra for a filled & charged battery, got one where I still had to put the acid in & charge it myself. The reason I bought the charged one was because I’m exchanging it for a good friend and I don’t have the time to sit and wait for it to charge the whole day.

Poor Service
Has anybody had problems with this Shop. Ordered soft side bags that were advertised on there website for a certain price. Got a delivery of the wrong materials and so contacted the shop. I was told by them i could not get the side bags that were advertised and were not very helpful. I was offered a set of side bags and brackets of the same make and same size for the same bike. Not happy with this shop . Do not advertise what you cannot sell.
