NRG Transportation 

This company indirectly made it clear that they have no intention of paying what they owe us. We worked as a carrier under a contract for a load totaling $1,100, where $900 was our freight service fee (to be collected from the customer upon delivery) and $200 was the broker’s fee.
The customer later provided us with their contract showing a total amount of $900, which means the broker had already received their fee from the customer. According to that contract, the customer was only supposed to pay us $700.
We tried to resolve this issue with NRG Transportation, but they didn’t explain anything substantial. They told us that a manager would contact us, but that never happened. After that, they blocked us on almost all phone numbers. This situation is exactly why we are leaving this review. We still haven’t received our $200, and this is extremely unprofessional and disappointing

I do not recommend this company due to contract not being honored. The price was changed and my car was picked up 6 days later from original date on contract. I was told if I did not pay the new price that it would take 3 weeks before he would deliver it. His name is James Kane. Horrible communication throughout the entire process. His assistant repeatedly would hang up on us when asked questions she did not have answers to. She even blocked one of my numbers. They did not care or have any sense of urgency to pick my car up who they told me to leave unlocked with personal items in it due to me moving and I left on the actually day it was due to be picked up but once again, they didn’t come until 6 days later. Contract stated pickup on 15th and delivered on 19th. Actual date they finally picked up was on the 21st and delivered on today which is Christmas, the 25th. This was not a good experience and I will not be referring them to anyone.

NRG Transoportation company, went above and beyond, especially Daniel Jackson. He really helped me find a driver with in my budget. It’s wasn’t easy but he did it. My vehicle was delivered in timely manner and safe. The driver also keeps me updated with pictures and videos. I truly appreciate Daniel Jackson for not giving up on our contract. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a towing company with a reasonable price.

NRG has been a great resource to ship my cars. They are always very responsive to questions, provide competitive pricing and outstanding service while cars have been in transit. Have used them twice and I have to say both times it has been very smooth transaction. Look forward to using again when needed.

I watched my wife spend days dealing with different transport companies while trying to ship our vehicle from Colorado to California, and it was immediately clear how confusing, stressful, and unprofessional most of them were — especially Safeeds Transport Inc, Leader Auto Ship LLC, and MoverJet Logistics. After seeing the mess she went through with the other companies, I can say confidently that Tim from NRG Transportation is the only person we would ever trust with a vehicle shipment. His professionalism, honesty, and reliability turned a stressful situation into a great experience.
