I've worked with quite a few recruitment companies in the past and NRL have definitely been a stand out for their professionalism, and support.
Emma has gone above and beyond to try and find me a placement and also worked around my busy schedule to keep me informed, every step of the way.

Fast response, clear communication and issue quickly resolved

Emma Bell has always been easy to communicate with and answers queries in a timely manner. Paperwork has been turned around quickly and wages have been paid promptly.

From day 1, NRL have been exceptional in their approach to recruitment. They have supported me on a daily basis, back into the work place. This has been a refreshing experience with many recruiters failing to deliver everything they promise. NRL are different, with them managing the whole process to ensure I have been able to successfully take up a new role. A special mention to Anna who has gone above the requirements to ensure this happened.

I have used NRL over several years on a few projects and have always found their service to be friendly and efficient. On the odd occasions where there has been a minor issue, they have always known who I am and the issue has always been resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.

Great service from start to finish joining NRL via working at Sellafield on the BEP Project. Any issues or concerns were always quickly responded to and all relevant information required was always on time and as expected

I worked through NRL around 18 months and couldnt fault anything. The very few staff I spoke to were helpful, thorough and rectified any minor issues I had within days. These were trivial issues because I didnt need to contact NRL much due to everything running smoothly. Would definitely recommend and will consider NRL myself in the future should my situation change.

Avoid these at all costs, they don’t pay holidays that you are expecting and don’t even give a courtesy call to let you know you haven’t enough holidays. They expect you to know what holidays you have but they aren’t on any documents sent by them to find out. Also they don’t follow policy when dealing with PPE, prescription safey glasses for instance. I waited roughly 4 months for the vouchers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The staff at the Egremont office are very rude and ruthless and need retraining on people skills and mental awareness.
