At the time of writing this review i am working with NRL (Norwegian recruitment) already 4th year and 3rd review. The team in NRL (Kristian, Nicola, James) is very supportive, and i find very easy to get any question or issue resolved at very short time. The feedbacks from NRL are clear and concise. During past 3 years i didn't had any issue which would impact me in any way. They are also really proactive with respect to next assignments what gives me good feeling of security being with NRL. Based on my experience I would highly recommend NRL.

I had a great experience being recruited and hired through NRL. To start, I was excited when the recruiter got in touch and picked me out for the perfect role which suited to my background and great location and conditions. When the imminent start date no longer suited me, she was understanding and tried to negotiate with them. Eventually, I secured a better role after conversations with the end client. The recruiter always kept in touch on both sides and was just very positive, friendly and a pleasure to talk to over the process. The NRL compliance team also informed me well and worked speedily on contracts to aid a quick transition to my new location. I would be delighted to work with them again.

People are great from the talent agent. They are very supportive and always giving advice and guidance for the next step till the first day of work. Company HR is supportive also by giving updates and reminders for the activities that needs to be completed.

It was important to understand client's culture prior to identifying the key factors that make the interviews successful.

Worked on an assignment with NRL in Norway and can say that I was more than happy with everything and especially the support received. Remarkably however I write now as a result of the help and support I received once the assignment was over and a couple of issues surfaced (as a result of my own administrative inadequacies) when I returned to UK.

The agent was very attentive, kept in touch, answered all questions, communicated brilliantly.

I liked the ease of signing the contract. I found the fact that the recruitment team did not understand the goal and context of my contract challenging (max 4 hours per week as supplement to my current employment). Liability insurance requests were therefore not aligned with contract.
The too frequent emails asking for updates on registration with German tax authority were annoying.

Poor communication. No answer on time, kills gravity of the situation. Does not support. Very Very disapointing. How a professional company can work like that? Neglecting others, is similar of disregarding others. A respected company can not be like that, it diminishes it's own dignity. Its very indicent.
