Abu and the team from NRS ECO were superb. Knew exactly what to do, and that only comes from years of experience. Disabled the old back boiler, and installed a brand new Worcester. Very professional, and friendly.

Also loft insulation was re-done, by a hardworking team of guys. Very hard work crawling around a loft space, but they did a superb job. Thanks to them also.

All this was done on the ECO4 grant, and totally free.

Highly recommended.

After being turned away or ignored from a couple of companies, I applied to NRS Eco and the process from start to finish was fast and easy. A lovely man come to survey the house and just over a week later three men came to fit my new boiler. They spent all day on taking my old one out and putting the new one in, I couldn't fault them. They were courteous, friendly and polite.

We applied for a boiler grant in December and within mins of the application being approved online we received a phone call to confirm all the information. An hour later a surveyor called to book an appointment to come to the property to see exactly what needed doing. He arrived on time, went around the house to see what's what and explained exactly what was going to be done. Within 2 days an appointment was booked with NRS Eco Limited for a new boiler to be installed aswell as trickle vents in the windows, a fan in the kitchen and the loft insulation was renewed. 6 men were at the property all day and they did a fantastic job! I have to say that Nauman was exceptional in sorting a slight issue in my loft but Salam Brother were absolutely fantastic in sorting the insulation and boarding my loft. They all did an absolutely fantastic professional job and a job extremely well done.

It was very quick process and straightforward. Within a week they installed the boiler . Very friendly and very realistic!! Highly recommended

I applied for a boiler grant for my mother and she was successful in her application. NRS Eco LTD handled the installation from carrying out the initial survey to commissioning the installation. They were very efficient and the job was done within a week.
They were excellent in communication by keeping me updated throughout the process. They checked in on us throughout the installation process during the day and also followed up after the installation was complete to ensure we were satisfied.
The team of engineers sent out to do the work were also friendly and professional. They completed the job within a day and demonstrated clearly how the new boiler operates before they left.
They were on time and took care of our recently decorated property while the installation took place. They cleaned up after themselves and I really couldn't fault them.
