Pointless ordering
Not really sure why I’ve been asked to do a review !! My order didn’t turn up and I was issued a refund , I wasn’t even given the option to have another item sent out to me !!

We refunded you because when you contacted us through our chat you mentioned 'Ordered weeks ago !! Needed for Xmas' and 'So it’s lost ?? How long will refund take ??'
I sent an apology and explained that due to circumstances outside of our control your item had not managed to leave China. As you expressed your wish for a refund and needed it for Xmas we refunded you so you could find an alternative gift.
Regarding the review request, we set Trustpilot to automatically send review requests to our customers, this is so we can offer transparent feedback without our being able to filter who we receive feedback from.
I never received my item.

Hi George,
We're sorry to see this has not arrived yet, just checking the tracking and this is still in transit to you. It appears it got held up for a few days leaving China and is running a little behind. Our advertised delivery window is 12-20 working days from purchase for China goods to most countries, as of today (30-11) it's on day 13.
EDIT: This has now been delivered on the 6th Dec (6/12/22) which comes in at 17 working days from purchase.
Great experience as buyer!
The customer service was very attentive and helpful, and email communication was very easy. Would definitely recommend!
