Poor service

I made an order with Nash sport for a childs fleece well over a month ago. They have taken payment but no goods received . Having tried every contact numbers and E mail also FB I assume the company has gone under so will have to recover through credit card!!!

Made an order 30th August and still not recipient my order, I have emailed multiple times and sent messages through the website and still nothing. Tried ringing the number on the website and it's saying it doesn't exist.

I ordered school uniform for my son…

I ordered school uniform for my son from 5th of August but I still have not received them yet. I emailed Nash clothes few times but no reply. I phoned both office in Swansea and other but the phone lines were dead. Does this company exist?

I have order a jumper for my kid before school resumption it's going to 24 days now. No message no update about my order. My order number is 17555. This is really unfair. I regret using your company. And the weather is getting really cold. It's a shame

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful, ordered school jumper for my kids with a few weeks to go before school started. A long time with no updates and after I chased them for an update they just cancelled the order. Shocking customer service. I would avoid if you need stuff for school and find another seller as this company is an absolute joke.

Sizing and shape really poor

Sizing really poor, had to swap size 3 times. Poor shape and overall look of garments. Overpriced for the quality.
Canterbury kit was a bit more expensive but far superior quality and fit

Customer has to pay to contact them

I ordered some PE kit for my child including 2 pairs of socks. They sent us only one pair. So I had to call them to request the 2nd pair. They did send the 2nd pair the next week but I was charged 3 pounds for calling their "'special rate service number". So the customer has to pay for NSW's mistake.

We do not levy any charge for calling us (our 'service charge' is 0p) but your phone provider may levy an access charge per minute, which is unfortunately beyond our control. We have added a note on our website to make customers aware of this and we can always be contacted via web chat or email, which is always free.

The clothing arrives quickly

The clothing arrives quickly, and is very good quality. My son is between sizes unfortunately so I had to order 2 to try.
Return was also very efficient.

NSW clothing are fantastic

NSW clothing are fantastic. The kind gentleman that I spoke to on the phone pulled out all the stops to ensure that my sons fleece was sourced, embroidered and dispatched in time for Christmas as the original fleece had been held up in the supply chain.

The quality of the products is excellent. However, the communication regarding delivery needs to be improved. I’m still currently waiting for delivery of an item which was due to be delivery weeks ago. When I enquired I was told there was a delay and would be with me last Thursday. The item still hasn’t arrived and no further notification on new delivery time has been received.
