I stay well away from this dreadful…
I stay well away from this dreadful company. Two compact kayaks were delivered. The kayaks were as described. However the delivery firm took no care with the delivery. The kayaks were stacked awkwardly on top of each other rather than both on ground. Little or no care was made with the delivery. The kayaks were placed in such a position that my water butt was damaged beyond repair. With a bit of thought this is could have been avoided .Having contacted NTB they have said it is not there problem, NTB said once the kayaks leave their factory any damage is not there problem. NTB hand chosen the delivery company but have said I need to speak myself to the delivery company.MTB have no customer service and are just after ones money.
Stay well clear they are sharks
