While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Unknown Paid prescription Since May 2025

Since May 2025, I have been charged 150 SEK per month via my mobile phone bill for a NordVPN-related service that, according to NordVPN support, was activated through NTH Mobile as a reseller/payment provider.
I received SMS messages at the time asking me to confirm with a PIN code. I did not knowingly complete any subscription process and did not understand that I was entering into a paid monthly agreement. Despite this, the charges continued for over a year.
When contacting support, responsibility was redirected elsewhere, making it unclear who is accountable for the activation and billing. As a consumer, this creates confusion and makes it difficult to resolve the issue.
After researching online, I have also seen that other users report similar experiences involving unexpected mobile charges connected to services handled through NTH Mobile’s payment platform. This raises concerns about how clearly subscriptions are presented and how informed consent is obtained.
I have requested:
Documentation proving my informed consent, immediate cancellation, A full refund of all charges
The activation process for paid mobile subscriptions must be transparent and clearly understood by the customer. In my case, this was not the experience.
Very disappointed with how this has been handled.
